All dogs must be current on Bordetella, Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccines unless able to provide an exception letter from veterinary.

Operating hours are from 9am to 6pm. If you text or call outside of these hours I will respond at my earliest convenience. I am not open on Sunday and will not respond to any calls or texts until Monday morning.

No walk in services. Appointments are required for every dog no exceptions.

Dogs must be picked up within an hour of completion unless prior arrangements are made.

You must drop off no earlier or later than 10 minutes of scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment I reserve the right to reschedule. It is not fair to the people scheduled after your appointment who are on time and subsequently have to be pushed back. If you are running late or early please let me know ASAP so arrangements can be made if possible.

I post the majority of my work on my social media including Facebook and Instagram. If you wish for your dog to not be shown on social media you must communicate that with me at drop off.

If your dog is matted there will be an additional fee. Removing matting takes significant more time and it also damages blades/other tools which requires them to be sharpened and replaced more frequently.

Dematting fees vary widely on extent of matting. If your dog is severely matted a consultation is required to determine if I will be able to safely remove the matting without a second groomer or veterinarian present.

If you no call/no show to an appointment, a $25 fee will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment. Repeated occurences may result in me no longer grooming your dog or requiring a deposit to be placed.
