Grooming prices depend on several factors, including your dog's breed, age, weight, coat condition, haircut style, and temperament. The following is a general guide to our pricing:

• Small dog bath: $45–$65

• Medium dog haircut: $75–$95

• Medium dog bath: $65–$80

• Large dog haircut: $95–$140

• Large dog bath: $65–$120

Grooming time also varies based on the factors above. As a one-on-one salon, I groom only one dog at a time, and asthe sole groomer, I handle every appointment personally. Because of this individualized care, appointments may take longer than at a corporate salon. The following is a general guide to grooming times:

• Small dog bath: 1–2 hours

• Medium dog haircut: 2–4 hours

As a home-based business, my drop-off process differs slightly from a typical salon. When you arrive, please text or call me at 216-401-0798 to let me know you're here, and I'll come out to greet you.

First-time clients are welcome to come in and see the salon, but please watch your step. The salon is located in my basement, so there are a few stairs to get down.

During inclement weather such as snow, rain, wind, or hail, please remain in your car and I will come out to collect your dog and review the haircut and appointment details with you. Please only step out of your car if you need to assist me in securing your dog.

My pick-up process is similar to drop-off. I will call or text you 15 minutes before your dog is ready. When you arrive, please text or call me at 216-401-0798, and I'll bring your dog out to you.

As a one-on-one salon, I ask that you pick up your dog within one hour of the groom's completion, unless prior arrangements have been made. This ensures that there is never more than one family here at a time.

I accept cash, card, check, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Not all dogs love grooming, and that's completely okay. I work hard to make my salon as comfortable and low-stress as possible for dogs prone to anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I am unable to accept dogs with a bite history toward humans or those who require more than one person to groom. As a solo groomer, I do not have additional staff to help safely restrain a dog if needed.

Yes. Your dog must be up to date on the following vaccines: Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper/Parvo. I will need to verify that your dog is current on these vaccines before scheduling an appointment. You can email vaccine records to:

Exceptions are made only for dogs that are immunocompromised or of advanced age and cannot be safely vaccinated. A letter from your veterinarian stating the reason for the exception is required.
